When you submit an estimate request or contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your project, so we can respond to your request.
How We Use Information
We use this information solely to respond to your request, schedule an inspection, and provide an estimate. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes.
SMS & Mobile Information
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Mabrey Roofing (including automated/AI messages), such as appointment confirmations, project and account updates, and — where you have consented — occasional marketing, review, or referral messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in and consent data will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers (such as our messaging platform and telephone carriers) acting on our behalf, solely as necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
Cookies & Advertising
This site uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising technology from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies in your browser that let us measure how many people who see our ads go on to request an estimate, and lets us show follow-up ads to people who have already visited this site. It records pages viewed and estimate requests submitted — it does not record what you type into a form field.
When you submit a form, we also send Meta a securely scrambled (hashed) version of your contact details so it can confirm the request came from someone who saw our ad. The hashing is one-way: Meta receives a code, not your name, phone number, or email address.
You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences, by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, or by using your browser’s Do Not Track or tracking-prevention setting. Declining has no effect on your estimate, your inspection, or your price.
